Hi All,

Make it an eventful day.... Start your morning ride and then head on over to the coast to escort a RAAM rider.  End your day with a nice lunch after :)

Here is the information:

It’s RAAM time again!!  Looking for escort riders for Race Across the West and Race Across America on Tuesday, June 13th and Saturday, June 17th at the Oceanside Pier.   Race Across the West riders start at 1200PM on Tuesday, June 13th.  RAAM solos start at 1:00PM on Tuesday, June 13th.  The RAAM teams leave on Saturday, June 17th at 12:00PM.  Please let your membership know that we are requesting riders to escort the participants out the San Luis Rey Recreational Trail to College Ave.  Escort riders need to be able to maintain a 18mph pace.

Volunteers should assembly 30 minutes prior to the start time in the parking area on the north side of the Oceanside Community Center.  Pete Penseyres will assign the escorts.
