NCCC Family Membership Renewal and Signup Process

For anyone who wants to take advantage of the discounted NCCC Family Membership - current, past or potentially future - the process for signing up and/or renewing the NCCC "Family Membership" concept has changed.

The primary family member will no longer sign up for a NCCC Family membership, but will select a NCCC Single membership and pay for just one person. Additional family members must also use their own individual NCCC membership logon (or create a new logon) to pay for a NCCC Family Addition membership. By doing this, all NCCC members, including those added as family will:

• Have their own username and password and will receive all NCCC communications at the email address on record with NCCC.
• Will need to renew annually by signing onto their account, accepting the NCCC User Agreement and Liability Waiver, and paying dues on their own.

So why are we doing this? There are several reasons:

a. All family members will receive personal NCCC communication
b. Our insurance mandates that each member annually sign our User Agreement and Liability Waiver. This ensures that each member has NCCC personal accident coverage on rides and that the club, its officers and volunteers, including ride leaders, are covered for liability.

When you go to renew, the image in the reply below is what you will see for membership selection. All members of a "family," which by definition for NCCC is all folks living under the same roof, should also indicate in their Profile under "Family Members" the names of their family members they are linked to.

The snapshot below shows how to signup and/or renew for primary and additional family memberships as of Jan 1, 2023. Note there are no longer separate Senior levels and we have a flat $20 for single (primary for family) members and $10 for each additional family member.
